Upeace Disarmament Course

The 2nd UPEACE Disarmament Training programme for 2011, conducted in cooperation with the Geneva School of Diplomacy (GSD), under the theme of "Arms Control and Disarmament Today", took place at the Château de Penthes, Geneva, on 28 November to 3 December 2011.

One of the participants, Mr. Abdullatif Al-Saadi, from the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Iraq to the United Nations, described the programme; "as one ofthe most relevant disarmament training programmes for disarmamentprofessionals in Geneva.
